2. Data we collect

When you contact us, we process your name, email address, organisation and the content of your message. When you use the platform, we process account data, technical logs and usage metrics required to operate the service.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process data to provide the service, respond to requests, maintain security and comply with legal obligations. The legal bases are contract performance, legitimate interests and legal obligation, as applicable.

4. Retention

Contact messages are retained for up to 24 months. Platform logs are retained according to the customer agreement and the selected retention settings. Customer data is deleted or returned at the end of the agreement.

5. Sharing

We use infrastructure and email providers in the EU/EEA. We do not sell personal data. Subprocessors are bound by data processing agreements and confidentiality obligations.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact privacy@go-drone.ru. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

7. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Essential technical storage may be used to deliver the site securely.
